Product Information: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, product descriptions, images, and content on our website may occasionally vary. Minor discrepancies in product color, packaging, or fragrance do not qualify for refunds.
Pricing and Payment: All product prices are displayed in INR and may be subject to taxes or additional fees at checkout. Payments are processed securely, and customers must ensure the information provided is accurate.
Limitation of Liability: AVDH Aromas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product usage or website errors, to the extent permissible by law.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations by Customer: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase without incurring additional charges. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to our discretion and may involve a small fee.
Order Cancellations by AVDH Aromas: We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or issues with stock availability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only provided if the customer submits a clear video showing the sealed, unopened package from all angles, followed by the complete unboxing. This video is mandatory for all refund requests, including cases of dissatisfaction or product damage.
Non-Damaged Returns: For non-damaged returns, the customer must cover shipping costs. Non-damaged product returns are accepted only if the customer’s location is within 600 km of our shipping facility.
Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after verifying the returned product.
Return Processing: Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after verifying the user request
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Serviceable Areas: We deliver across most areas in India, though certain remote locations may not be eligible for service.
Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Processing may vary due to peak seasons or unforeseen events.
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated based on the order size and delivery location, displayed at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns.
Delivery Timeframe: Expected delivery times vary depending on the location (urban areas: 3-5 business days; rural areas: 5-7 business days).
Tracking Information: Tracking details are sent via email or SMS upon dispatch.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, we will attempt re-delivery. Additional charges may apply for subsequent delivery attempts.
International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within India.
